Inventory: We make every effort to ensure the products on our site are in stock and ready for decoration. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, our stock of a certain product may be depleted. When this occurs, we will contact you with a revised ship date. If this revision does not meet your needs, we will do our best to offer you a comparable product as an alternative to the one you ordere

Color Disclaimer: Due to many contributing factors, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on the website will exactly match the color of the product that ships. There are many variables which can change the way you "see" the colors as you view this site.

Order issues: Customers must contact Jasmine within 30 days of receipt of their product if there are any printing issues or if they have received defective products. Any defective or mis-printed product must not be used in anyway or discarded if customer wishes to receive any sort of credits/exchanges. We are unable to assist with any customer service issues once the 30 days period has passed from the time customer receives the product.

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Delivery Schedules are based on manufacturer's requirements and location, so please refer to the individual product detail pages.
  • All delivery times begin after proof approval
  • All Shipments are via UPS or Fedex Ground unless otherwise specified
